Each package price covers the printing material, standard mounting hardware (grommets or eyelets), and a basic design layout using your logo and text. Design revisions beyond the included rounds are billed separately based on complexity.
Do you offer refunds after printing has started?
Once a design is approved and sent to print, the job cannot be reversed since materials are cut to size. We confirm the final proof with you by message or in person before printing begins to avoid errors.
How fast can I get my banner or sign?
Standard orders are typically ready within 24 to 48 hours depending on size and material. Rush printing within the same day is available on the Retail Pro and Storefront Complete packages, subject to current order volume.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
Yes, for orders above 3,000 EGP we accept a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due on collection or delivery. Smaller orders are typically paid in full upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, InstaPay, and mobile wallet transfers for customers across Giza and greater Cairo. Receipts are provided for every transaction upon request.
